Once we have issued a confirmation number, all prices are locked-in, whether buying from us or selling to us. It is not our intention to enter into buying and/or selling transactions, accepting the risks involved only to have them canceled. However, we realize rare situations happen where orders need to be canceled. Should you elect to cancel and/or offset your order, you must do so during normal business hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST) Monday – Friday. All cancellations are subject to our Market Loss Policy plus a $35.00 (USD) cancellation fee. At that time, if any market loss to KEI Bullion & Coins has occurred, it will be calculated and added to the $35.00 (USD) cancellation fee. If applicable, any cancellation fee and/or market loss will be charged to your credit card for the full amount due, as per User Agreement. No future orders may be permitted until any market loss is paid in full. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of KEI Bullion & Coins.

All Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash refunds are issued through BitPay at the USD rate at the time the refund is processed. Refunds for returns are not processed until after the returned item(s) has been received and verified by KEI Bullion & Coins.

If you need to cancel your order and, at that time, a market loss to KEI Bullion & Coins has occurred, it will be calculated and added to the $35.00 (USD) cancellation fee. If applicable, you may elect to pay any market loss by credit card at that time, or we will invoice you and you will then have 30 days to pay the amount due in full. KEI Bullion & Coins reserves the right to limit any orders, either when buying from or selling to KEI Bullion & Coins, until any market loss is paid in full. Any market gain on cancellations shall remain the property of KEI Bullion & Coins.

Prices are marked for cash/echeck/wire deposit. A 4.0% markup is added to the list/retail price for customers who choose to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or PayPal.
